It was not too bad a day, clear and cold with a hint of cloud, so with a couple of hours to kill before going out visiting what better to do than to slip down to Crosby. A chip Butty and a coffee and a walk on the beach with a camera.
The mobile chippy was not there though, but the beach was, even if the tide was in. It was the salck point of the high tide, not much wind so a gentle susurration as the water moved in and out and the sun sinking in the distance. So I joined the other photographers on the beach and waited a while for the sun to set behind the Gormleys and then back to the car to go visiting.
