The Roses Express at Preston

Wednesday evening at Preston station, ex LMS Royal Scot 46115, Scots Guradsman, has just drawn to a halt and the locomotive and support coach is uncoupled prior to heading off to Carnforth Locomotive depot.

This week's Roses Express ran from Hooton near Chester to York and was steam hauled from Ptreston to York and return, with a Class 47 diesel taking over for the start and finish legs.
