What more could you ask for...

A fine sunny day, eight glorious hours in the company of a grand old Scottish lady of steam, numerous photo opportunities and a long drive each side of the day.

Last Tuesday was a photo charter on the Severn Valley Railway with the ex Caledonian Railway's Jumbo Class lococmotive, 828.

Here she is passing Tenbury Wall on the SVR and then passing Crossing Cottage.

Earlier in the day 828 came off Bridgenorth Shed in a cloud of steam ready to hook up to the three coach train.
