Something From the Weekend

On the CD of the latest issue of Digital Photo Magazine are some free templates so I felt the urge to try one out, this is the result.

Taken during the Mersey River Festival, they are from left to right:

  • The Swimming Instructor
  • The Pirates of Menzpants
  •  The Stilt Walking Swimming Lady

The background is the Tall Ship Mercedes moored in Canning Half Tide Dock.

This is fun, you did a great job, wonderful presentation.
Amazing what can be done these days, the only thing I need is 'time'... but that will come over time wink
Les Auld: Time one of those things that rapidly runs out for me as well. Thanks for the comment Astrid.
That's rather good Les!
Les Auld: Thanks Bill.

WOW. That's very cool, Les...and you clearly knew what you were doing!
Les Auld: Thanks Ginnie, just a bit of fun for the weekend.
Wonderful pictures Les, and so interesting. It must have been great seeing these people.
Les Auld: Very enjoyable Frances and they were happy to pose as well. Thanks for the comment.

Ha - I see Bill approves! Certainly captures the spirit of the festival in one shot.
Les Auld: He does indeed Mike, a reasonable day out it was.

Oh well done, Les. What great presentation. I shopped taking that magazine because it would get repetitive after around 18 months but I will see if this one is still available when I get back from my holiday. I like the idea of the "Pirates of Menzpants" - very clever.
Les Auld: I know just what you mean Alan, the magazines do get pretty repetitious, I only ten to buy them in fits and starts. Thanks for the comment.
Very nicely done Les, might have a crack at that myself..
Les Auld: Just right for a bit of playing about Dave, thanks for the comment.

the pirates deserve a picture all to themselves! The template works well though
Les Auld: I'll think about the pirates for another day Paul, thanks for the comment.
