Oh-oh-oh. Talk about a photo op! Fabulous PPing, Les, especially for Boat Friday. smile
Les Auld: Thanks Ginnie, one of my favourite places to wander around but some of the natives are not that friendly unfortunately.
Great picture Les, the presentation is excellent.
Les Auld: Thanks Brian, this is one I was unsure of.
Hey Les, this is my domain, clear off! Ha ha. Thats a great treatment you've given it Les,one of my favourite places, quite a few in my archive.
Les Auld: So I see Frank, some good images in your archive. I see you also have been to Sunderland Point and the Fleetwood Wrecks as well. I just love this sort of subject. However if this means war then I will have to bring out the big guns, Heswall Shore and the River Douglas. smile Thanks for the comment.
Looks like one good puff of wind would blow it all down!! Wonderful!
Les Auld: I wouldn't like to stay there a long time just in case Bill, thanks for the comment.
Hiya Les, i've just googled Heswall shore and the river Douglas, and if you start picking on me, I'll set Roa and Walney island on you!
Les Auld: I'll just have to raise you with the Fun Ship at Mostyn Frank and add a few of the Conway Castle boats as as well. Roa Island is one of the places I keep meaning to visit, just have not managed it yet. The NW is a great coast for boats Frank, keep them coming.
A very 'rustic' treatment Les smile
Les Auld: A "Rustic" subject John, thanks for the comment.

The photo looks older than the pier! But I know a twiddle when I see one - have a good week-end.
Les Auld: Just can't hide anything from you Mike and the weekend will be good, East Lancs Railway Weekend and the RAF Cosford Airshow, thanks for the comment.
Hey this is my back yard wish you and Frank would stick to yours, a fine twiddle Les.
Les Auld: I like to think my backyard is all encompassing Mick, with inspiration added by such as your good self. Thanks for the comment.
Ok Les, call it a draw for now, or we could gang up on Michael!
Les Auld: I couldn't do that Frank, Mick introduced me to the Fleetwood Wrecks. I think I'll go and photograph some trains and planes instead.
what an image! lovely tones, well done in b/w, even the serrated edges go in well with the image
Les Auld: Thanks Ayush, glad you like it.
