Moving away from Scotland for a while, last Sunday saw the Spring 1940s event in Haworth village. One of the visitors was Sergeant Oddball, fresh from one of the better US war films Kelly's Heroes. However I thought he may look better in front of his Sherman Tank rather than in the crowds at Haworth.
Also caught at Haworth, complimenting Alan's posting yesterday, was one of the sales assistants from Rose & Co taking a break from the crowds in the shop.
