Manannan

 

The Isle of Mann Steam Packet Company's fastcat catamaran Manannan berthed at the landing stage in Liverpool. Named after Manannán mac Lir, the Celtic god of the sea, she was built in Australia in 1998 and served with the US Navy after being converted for military purposes.

 

She is seen above from the ferry as it leaves the landing stage and below from the quayside.
