Love the burst of steam Les, gives the image life
Les Auld: Thanks Tony, it does add to it indeed, had to wait a few minutes though before it appeared. Thanks for the comment.
If this was a double header it seems an odd way to do it! Great shot though makes a good b&w
Les Auld: Ah! the infamous Push-me Pull-you arrangement, thanks for the comment Bill.

Les Auld: Never seen Wadebridge Graham, perhaps one day. Thanks for the comment.
We had both of these together down at the GCR over recent times Les, sadly I didn't get to see them in steam.

Unusual to see two locos back t oback like this, Les, but it must make it easier when there is no turntable. The steam really adds to the atmosphere.
Les Auld: A Push Me-Pull You arrangement Alan, the ELR does not have a turntable as far as I know so it is the luck of the draw which way an engine points. Thanks for the comment.
It's got all the ingredients Les ... good one .
richard
Les Auld: Thanks Richard, all assembled by the volounteers ready for me to photograph.

Les Auld: Thanks Tim smile
Ooh..the steam really comes to life here. Great shot Les.
Les Auld: And I could feel it as well as I stood there waiting for the off. Thanks for the comment.
