Where Karts May Go

An empty Go-Kart track on the seafront in SOuthport on a grey and windy afternoon in March. This are has been sold for development but the karts remain for now.

Processing was exactly the same as yesterday's image but with a desaturation layer added.

I like what you've done with the wide angle effect and the sky. Was this done using highlight recovery from RAW, or did you use dodgy and burn to bring out the effect of the sky?
Les Auld: Thanks for the comment Duane, the sky was done with a mixture of HDR, Shadow/highlight and curves to get the final effect.
Very strong composition Les, and the processing adds to the strength of the image.
Les Auld: Thanks Brian, I did think the almost mono effect worked reasonably well.
