Allowing the man in the picture provides perspective and is balancing the composition. Great stuff.

Travelling time to Dublin is 8 hours, cost for driver and car is £174.
Les Auld: Never done the trip, maybe one day, thanks for the comment Louis.
Louis sounds as if he has too much time on his hands to be able to google ferry prices ....( sorry Louis ...joke honest).
It looks so peaceful. richard
Les Auld: It was a calm day, not like it has been recently, thanks for the comment.

I think I've seen this off my beach. Looks like a Star Trek fan in the foreground smile
Les Auld: Wouldn't surprise me Dave, maybe he just energised in the wrong place, perhaps he should be in the Spaceport at Wallesey just down the river.
Very interesting ship picture Les and the chap is in just the right place. Without him I don't think it would work in the same way.
Les Auld: Thanks Brian, you're right it would be much less of a picture without him in it.

Long time since I made the trip - just fancy a decent pint of Guiness ;o)
Les Auld: Only ever flown Mike, could just join you though.
