One Park West...

.. is at the edge of the Liverpool One Development, one of the largest city centre developments in Europe. Taken about 90 degrees to the right from yesterdays post, same caveats apply.

The right wing of yesterday's picture? I like the perspective

Yes, I can see where this is from yesterday's photo, Les. The cranes catch my eye, of course, but IS THAT A CONTROL TOWER there on the right??? smile

Funny but I sat on the train from the Amsterdam airport to Centraal Station this morning with 2 guys from Liverpool. It's a small world! smile
Les Auld: We get everywhere Ginnie, the tower is the Radio City Tower in the city centre. Thanks for the comment.

I like the lights, the lines made by the buildings and the cranes.
Les Auld: Thanks Ann, glad you like it.
The right-hand half of the image looks like a Harland & Wolfe Shipyard. That right-hand building could easily be a super-liner in construction...Just a thought from a landlubber. cheers richard.
Les Auld: Never looked at it like that but I see what you mean Richard.

Lots of celebrations going on this week Les! I like this view of the docks.
Les Auld: Yes indeed Chris, unfortunately I have not been there with camera in hand.
Same response as yesterday Les. I like it
Les Auld: So glad you do Bill, thanks for the comment.
Its amazing how much this has come on since I was down there a couple of months back. I agree with Richards comment about it looking like a ship being built. I hope you sampled the Scouse and the Real Ale in the Baltic Fleet whilst you were in the vicinity!
Les Auld: Haven't been in the Baltic since I was a lad Alistair, there has been so much change in the last year the place is almost unrecognizable. Thanks for the comment.
