photoblog image Five Lamps War Memorial

Five Lamps War Memorial

The sculptor Francis William Doyle-Jones was commissioned in the1920s to produce a War Memorial to the casualties of World War I, to be located in the borough of Waterloo, now part of Sefton. It is know locally as the Five Lamps War Memorial as there are five street lamps surrounding the coloumn of the memorial.

A result of further trying to understand how to use the toning capabilities of Lightroom.

Les Auld: That's the effect I had hopes to obtain, thanks for the comment Jose.
