HA! Ginnie will LOVE this! That is so totally ME, Les. grin

I wonder if all 4 faces of clocks are different (assuming there are 4)?
Les Auld: Thanks Ginnie, glad you like it. Strangely enough I have no idea of there are four clock faces, I can only recollect there being three I'll have to look next time I'm down there.

LOL at Ginnie and Martin, Les! We all know how much Ginnie loves her clocks and weather vanes. Bravo to you...this is a wonderful capture. Love the colors and the deep blue sky as the background.
Les Auld: Thanks Kay, the colours are down to a bit of HDR treatment on this as an experiment.
Fantastic colour! This is lovely - great angle, loads of sharp detail. (:o)
Les Auld: Glad you like it Rosalyn
I wonder how many people even look up at this even though it has a clock on it. Great bit of architecture, lovely colours.
Les Auld: You're right Alistair, I never noticed the two figures untill I took the photograph, we miss so much above our heads.

Great picture, colours, angle, compo, available detail.

Very interesting to see the two clocks that have different faces, but they show the same time. Recently in europe i was amazed by the number of times that two or more clocks on the same tower show different times.
Les Auld: Thanks Louis, I don't think I have seen a clock tower showing different times, I'll have to keep a look-out for this in the future.
Is that blue sky Les?

Nicely captured.
Les Auld: We get lots of blue sky around here Bernie, mainly surrounded by gray bit with rain in it, thanks for the comment.
Stunning. Was the sky really that blue?
Les Auld: The sky was very blue Chad but the HDR treatment has intensified it a bit
Nicely done, the color saturation of the sky is really good !
Les Auld: Thanks Zeb, we do get some blue skies around here.
I like this very much. The intensity of the sky is fab. All the best, Dave.
Les Auld: Thanks Dave, a beautiful day it was.
